TOWSON, Md. (WBFF)– Among the drivers involved in the deadly accident along the Baltimore Beltway in March was going up to 122 mph prior to the influence that killed 6 construction employees, according to district attorneys.
Both chauffeurs involved in the deadly crash have been arraigned, according to the Baltimore Area State’s Attorney’s Office.
Melachi Duane Darnell Brown was apprehended by Maryland State Police yesterday. Brownish faces 28 costs, consisting of 6 matters of felony irresponsible wrongful death by car and 6 matters of death of a prone individual.

Lea’s car hit and killed six people; Sybil DiMaggio, Jose Excobar, Carlos Villatoro Escobar, Rolando Ruiz Zelda, Mahlon Joseph Simmons II and Mahlon Joseph Simmons III.

When the judge asked Brown if he recognized the costs against him Tuesday afternoon, he said, “I recognize the fees yet don’t comprehend why I’m being charged with them.”
